Our Story

A bride and groom standing on a grassy field with sunlight streaming through the trees overhead, in a scenic outdoor setting.
A group of people dancing at an outdoor event, with a woman in a white dress in the center and others holding colorful glow sticks, under string lights in a garden setting during evening.

For twenty-five years, Sylvia has poured her heart and hands into her Shawnigan Lake acreage.

Twenty-five years ago, I purchased eight acres of raw land, never knowing the beauty that was waiting to be discovered. As I began to landscape, I uncovered something truly magnificent. The property had a life of its own.

With every flower I planted and every willow tree I watched grow, my vision became clearer.

Through all the hard work, there was always a feeling that this beautiful place was meant to be shared, and somewhere along the way, the dream was born.

One morning, surrounded by the sunlight and birds singing, I imagined couples standing beneath the willows, surrounded by flowers, water, and the people they love.

This is not just a venue to me, it is twenty-five years of my heart, my hands, my dreams, and my love. Every willow, flower, and creek has a story.

I invite you to become part of this story, and celebrate your love on beautiful land.
